Application Focus – Octane Booster
Mono Methyl Aniline (MMA), also known as an octane booster, is a high-purity, multi-purpose chemical widely used across fuel, dye, and agrochemical industries. In fuel applications, it significantly improves combustion stability and knock resistance, making it ideal for use in aviation fuels, racing blends, and high-compression gasoline engines. MMA also serves as a key intermediate in the production of azo dyes, solvent dyes, and specialized colorants for textiles, leather, and printing inks. In the agrochemical sector, it is used in synthesizing herbicides, insecticides, and other crop protection compounds.
